Highland® Portable Precision Balances

Adam Equipment’s Highland (HCB) portable precision balance is a versatile weighing machine with a compact design well-suited for lab work, field use, and many industrial applications.

The HCB is constructed from durable ABS plastic housing necessary for weighing corrosive chemicals, whilst the stainless steel top pan provides a stable, easy-to-clean weighing area after use. The HCB features Adam’s unique patented HandiCal® internal calibration with a built-in mass, and ShockProtect® as a safeguard against shock loading and accidental overload. Calibrate whenever you want without external masses, or use your own certified masses for traceability.

The balance comes with a built-in rechargeable battery enabling it to be used anywhere without a mains power supply, whilst the standard RS232 and USB interfaces give plenty of communication options.

Additionally, HCB balances can be stacked on top of each other to avoid damage in storage or transportation, making it ideal and simple to carry multiple HCB models at the same time. This portable balance is feature rich and ideal for school weighing experiments, production and manufacturing as well as general laboratory and field test work.
